Jacob graduated form Southwest Missouri State University in May 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Administrative Management.  He came to work for Elliott, Robinson & Company in January of the next year.  He is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration.

 His primary practice is tax accounting, but he often provides clients with other services including: financial accounting services, software conversion support, payroll services.  Jake is on of our certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors® and works closely with clients to develop and maintain their QuickBooks® programs.

Jacob specializes in performing audits for cost certification for Historic Preservation Tax Credit applications.  His experience, research, and contacts in this area provide a unique service to many area developers looking to take advantage of the federal and state tax credits available for downtown rehabilitation. He is able to be involved from start to finish in most projects. This allows the client to benefit from his expertise and take advantage of every aspect of the historic tax credit program.
