Elliott, Robinson & Company is announcing an opportunity for a full-charge bookkeeper in our Springfield location. Candidates for this full-time position should have at least three years previous experience as a full- charge bookkeeper. This means proficient abilities in: processing payroll, preparing payroll taxes, preparing monthly financial statements and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. To be successful in this position, candidates should have strong communication and client service skills, be able to effectively multi-task and have initiative to succeed. Proficiency and extensive experience with QuickBooks® and Microsoft Excel® are essential for this position. Salary commensurate with experience and benefits include: paid vacation, SIMPLE plan and health, life and supplemental insurance.
